Find quick answers about our Park & Ride, Meet & Greet, cancel policies, and secure airport parking facilities.

Simply drive to our secure parking site provided in the confirmation email. Once you park, our deluxe shuttle will transport you and your luggage directly to the airport terminal. On your return, we'll be waiting to whisk you back to your car.

Please call us 20 minutes prior to your arrival on 07454 042 685.

Make your way to the Orange Short Stay Car Park, pull up to the barriers and push the button to take your ticket. The barriers will lift. Take an immediate right, then follow it all the way to the bottom where you will pull up on the left-hand side next to the canopy at the bottom of row G. Your driver will meet you there and verify your details.

We will take photos, record your mileage, and ask you to sign the driver's paperwork to agree to our terms and conditions.

If you have to return early, we must have sufficient notice. Please inform us as soon as you know that you will be returning early so that we can arrange for your car to be removed from our long-term storage.

Cars are parked in return date and time order, and many cars may need to be moved to access your vehicle. If sufficient notice is given, there would not usually be any delay in getting your car back to you. If you do not give any notice, there could be a long wait, which we cannot be held responsible for.

No refunds will be given for part-used bookings or early returns. For third-party bookings, the individual company's policy will apply to early returns.

For all Deluxe Parking branded products, if your return is delayed please keep us informed to avoid any delay in us delivering your vehicle. Extra days are charged at £20.00 and must be paid before your car leaves our care. Failure to inform us of a late return may result in you having to wait for your vehicle when you do return, so please keep us informed.
Please email us with your booking reference, existing details, and the new vehicle registration and details at bookings@deluxeparking.co.uk or call us on 07454 042 685. We do not charge for vehicle changes.
If you have already booked with us, please call us to add our valeting service to your booking on 07454 042 685. This facility will also be available online soon.

If you booked directly with Deluxe Parking, you must cancel either by phone at 07454 042 685 or by emailing bookings@deluxeparking.co.uk with at least 24 hours' notice, or full charges will apply. If the office is closed, please leave a message; the date and time of your message will be recorded as the official cancellation notification time.

If sufficient notice is given, bookings will be refunded less a £10.00 admin charge. If you booked through a booking agent, you must contact them directly as their own terms and conditions will apply.

This is easiest over the phone on 03333 222 333 as there will often be a change in the price. If you have booked through one of our booking agents, you must contact that agent directly and they will notify us.

All of our drivers are competent, experienced, and fully insured. If your car has modifications which may prevent our drivers from being able to drive it, please inform us in advance. 4x4s, automatics, and cars with large engine capacities are very common and will not be an issue.

For left-hand drives and vehicles with special modifications, we must be told in advance to avoid any delays to you on the day.

Please ensure your car holds a valid, current MOT certificate.

The website is fully safe and compliant. All payment information is submitted over a secure (https://) connection. Payments are handled by a recognised brand in the e-commerce industry. No card details are stored by Deluxe Parking.

Deluxe Parking is comprehensively insured with Tradex Ltd. to drive your car on the public highway.

Deluxe Parking does not inspect the contents of vehicles and therefore does not accept liability for the interior of vehicles or any personal belongings left within vehicles.
